Accident Damage Management (ADM) Specialist US Tech Solutions Herndon, VA Apply Now on Partner Site Job Description US Tech Solutions is seeking a Accident Damage Management (ADM) Specialist for 12+ months contract position in Herndon, VA Job Poster: Sabboo Khatoon Role SummaryThe purpose of this role is to drive customer loyalty in the collision segment by improving the customer experience of customers involved in a collision. This role will drive Audi Genuine Parts (AGP) sales both directly and indirectly. This role is the central point of contact and ADM coordinating function for AoA.Role ResponsibilitiesStrategic:o Create an end-to-end Accident Damage Management process including a fully defined Customer handling process, Insurance company program, Collision network and utilizing connected car services to route customers to our workshopso Work with the Collision Program manager to manage market effectiveness of the Audi Authorized Collision Networko Develop relationships with Insurance companies and our AARF network to ensure we maximize our coverage and help the customer navigate the process within Audi dealer network collaborative approach with multiple internal stakeholderso Align Accident Damage Management (ADM) processes and related programs with Wholesale and e-commerce Specialist programs to ensure B2B & B2C offers are consistent with AoA AGP strategyOperational:o Develop concierge program which provides premium customer transition experience to new product offeringo Support the Parts and Accessories Sales Director and Parts Manager in establishing strategic direction for loyalty, customer experience, process and AGP kpis for AoA and AARFso Organize and execute procurement process for all ADM related programs, renew/rebid programso Produce and distribute dealer & field best practice communicationso Identify and share best practices with all key stakeholderso Develop and implement Annual Dealer Objective setting process for AARFso Develop a Bonus and incentive program for ADM relevant process and program for all key stakeholderso Hold educational webinar sessions for internal and external business owners as neededo Support Aftersales team (regional and HQ) with all Parts promotional activity tracking. Create and distribute rules and launch communications to the field and dealer bodyo Define and develop short and long term goals to ensure programs align with dealer profitability and AoA goalso Develop, with Audi Marketing, ADM program specific promotional (B2C) and process (B2B) marketing planso Develop a strong collaboration and working relationship with regions, field personnel, AoA supporting partners, VWGoA partners, national parts and service council teamso Develop and maintain long-term planning process which includes planning round records, department objective tracking and forecasting.o Develop and manage ADM Market Readiness Plan KPI monitoring for OEM/Dealer and marketo Develop collaboration models both internal and external which ensure cohesive ADM programo Work with internal key stakeholders to develop branded insurance producto Development of ADM market training in coordination with AoA AfterSales Training Manager (technical and non-technical)o Develop and maintain digital platform to consolidate ADM related assets and control of digitized accident damage management business processeso Organize and lead working committees to ensure ADM program moves forward aligned with AfterSales strategyRequired: 8+ years of automotive industry experience, project management, automotive collision and or insurance, ideally in a similar role with a proven track record and a keen understanding of the US Collision industry. This includes the insurance, collision shop processes and customer perspective of the process/experience after a collision and throughout the subsequent repair process.
